Any preference in wrapping style/colour, size of bouquet, flower arrangement should be communicated BEFORE making payment. 

Top up $2 if you require rewrapping (i.e you wish to add on flowers after your bouquet has been wrapped) that is not due to negligence on our part.

• the lead time will be stated on our instagram bio, it changes based on the demand during a specific period.
• we strongly encourage you to place your order 10-14 days in advance to avoid disappointment.
• rush orders are chargeable, do dm us to enquire!

we allow customisations of flower colours and wrapping colours for existing flower bouquets without additional charges.

for other customisations, do dm us on instagram @chuul.sg with the following details (whichever applicable)

• size of bouquet
• your budget
• desired theme based on colour/characters (e.g. kuromi theme with purple flowers)
• wrapping colour/style
• specific flower types and quantity

• keep in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight.
• do not pull yarns or any parts of the crocheted pieces apart.
• avoid aggressive squeezing of crocheted pieces as they might lose their original shape.
• do not wash or soak crocheted pieces.

Self pickup

• Date & timings are fixed
• Top up $18 for delivery or collect at my block if;

You are late for more than 15 mins / You reschedule more than once / You are unable to meet the given time & date 

Standard delivery - $6 flat rate

• delivery within 3-7 days
• We would not be liable for any failed delivery if address given is invalid/incorrect
• comes in a box

Next-day delivery - $18 flat rate

• We would not be liable for any failed delivery if address given is invalid/incorrect
• comes in a flower bag form

Normal mail - $3

• No tracking
• Process timing 5-7 working days
• We would not be liable for any lost mail or damaged items during the process of postage
